Fates Cauldron Bakery is a 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free bakery based in Red Deer, Alberta. Our kitchen is dedicated to allergen-friendly baking. No wheat flour, cow's milk, or tree nuts and peanuts cross our door, so every loaf, bagel, cupcake and custom cake is safe for gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free diets without compromising on taste or texture.
We serve Red Deer and the surrounding central Alberta communities, including Blackfalds, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, Innisfail, and Penhold, through pickup, local delivery, and weekend farmers markets.

Yes, every cake we bake is 100% gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Our whole kitchen is dedicated to gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free baking, so there's no wheat flour, cow's milk, or tree nuts and peanuts on the premises to worry about.
We ask for at least two weeks' notice for custom cakes so we can plan the design and source any special ingredients. For wedding cakes and larger tiered orders, four to six weeks is ideal. Rush orders are occasionally possible, so get in touch and we'll do our best.
Yes. We design gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free wedding cakes for couples across Red Deer and central Alberta, from single-tier intimate cakes to multi-tier centerpieces. We'll work with you on flavor, design, and delivery.
Popular choices include vanilla, chocolate, lemon, red velvet, carrot, funfetti, and cinnamon spice, with dairy-free buttercream, fruit fillings, or ganache. If you have a specific flavor combination in mind, ask and we're happy to customize.
Our kitchen is fully gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, so wheat, cow's milk, and tree nuts and peanuts are not on the premises. We take cross-contact seriously and are happy to discuss other specific allergies (egg, soy, etc.) when you place your order so we can plan accordingly. We are not currently certified celiac-safe, so if anyone in your party has a diagnosed severe allergy, please reach out so we can talk through handling.
Both. Pickup is free at our Red Deer County location by appointment. Local delivery is available in Red Deer and nearby central Alberta towns (Blackfalds, Lacombe, Sylvan Lake, Innisfail, Penhold) for a flat fee based on distance.
